Become a PAMS Member

We invite you to fill our a Membership Application.  Please click on the "Join Online" button below.  

Membership is a rewarding experience for you and an investment in the lives of those less fortunate in Perú. Members are medical and non-medical individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact.  


To submit your online application, you will need to attach a copy of your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) from a PAMS member.  If you do not have a LOR, please submit a Letter of Intent of why you wish to join PAMS and we will contact you to schedule an interview with a PAMS Board Member. 

Friends of PAMS Auxiliary applicants must submit a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) or a Letter of Intent (LOI) stating why you wish to join Friends of PAMS.  You are not required to submit a CV, but you will be asked to provide one by our application system, so please upload another copy of the LOR or LOI in the CV section. 

Please choose the Membership Category that best applies to you.  The Credentialing Committee will review all Applications.  Contact admin@pams.org if you need additional information or have any questions.

FULL MEMBER

A Medical Doctor committed to
the Mission and Vision of PAMS

$150 Yearly Member Dues
  • Attend, participate in discussions, and vote at meetings of the members.
  • Hold any elected or appointed office.
  • Receive PAMS communications.

FULL MEMBER (PERU)

A Medical Doctor, practicing in Peru, and
committed to the Mission and Vision of PAMS

$75 Yearly Member Dues
  • Attend, participate in discussions, and vote at meetings of the members.
  • Hold any elected or appointed office.
  • Receive PAMS communications.

COURTESY MEMBER (MEDICAL STUDENT, INTERN, RESIDENT, FELLOW)

An undergraduate or post-graduate student who is committed to the Mission and Vision of PAMS

$20 Yearly Member Dues
  • Attend and participate in discussions at meetings of the members.
  • Receive PAMS communications.


ASSOCIATE MEMBER

An individual committed to
the Mission and Vision of PAMS

$150 Yearly Member Dues
  • Attend, participate in discussions, and vote at meetings of the members.
  • Hold any elected or appointed office, except PAMS presidency.
  • Receive PAMS communications.


ASSOCIATE MEMBER (PERU)

An individual living in Peru committed
to the Mission and Vision of PAMS

$75 Yearly Member Dues
  • Attend, participate in discussions, and vote at meetings of the members.
  • Hold any elected or appointed office, except PAMS presidency.
  • Receive PAMS communications.

FRIENDS OF PAMS AUXILIARY MEMBER

A PAMS member, family member, or
supporter of PAMS, committed to
the Mission and Vision of PAMS.

A Friends of PAMS Auxiliary Membership
is not a PAMS Member Membership.

$75 Yearly Member Dues
  • Attend, participate in discussions, and vote at meetings of the Friends of PAMS Auxiliary members.
  • Hold any elected or appointed Friends of PAMS Auxiliary office.
